What do i do as a (GBS) Service Manager
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for Finance & Accounting Global Business Services operations, ensuring service quality, compliance with agreed SLAs, operational excellence, and continuous business support across multiple international entities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, service providers, and operational teams, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and reporting, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, automation projects, and service governance activities.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
- Support strategic transformation programs, including SAP rollouts, P2P process improvements, ServiceNow enhancements, Trustpair integration, Concur Detect, and global process standardization initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communications, service reviews, and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across global teams and legal entities to deliver consistent and efficient services worldwide.
